FUTUREX SILICONE HS emulsion is a water dilutable release agent having 30% dimethyl polysiloxane to- gether with non-fugitive¹, essentially non-ionic emulsi- fier. It is an effective and widely used release agent for rubber.

Ø  Imparts excellent shinning on natural rubber sur- face and also on EVA sheet.

Ø  Excellent mould release agent for rubber.

Ø  Leaves no tarry, carbonaceous residue on the mould.

Ø  Has good emulsion stability, both as supplied and in diluted form.

Ø  Stable at temperatures as high as 50ºC and as low as 0ºC.

Ø  Low cost.
